With 35 years of real estate experience, Richard has successfully executed more than 3.0 million square feet of new healthcare development projects.
Drawing from his healthcare development experience, Richard skillfully integrates the financial, functional, aesthetic, strategic, programmatic and physician variables associated with each healthcare project, yielding custom real estate solutions for each. His responsibilities include the advisory of healthcare development activities, including physician leasing/recruiting, design, construction, financing and property management.
Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Richard was with the Keewaydin Group, a national real estate consulting firm. During his time with Keewaydin, he provided a full range of real estate and development services for many major corporate clients nationally. Richard’s career also includes tenure at two architectural firms where he was a part of the successful design and construction of numerous projects.
Richard earned both his Masters of Architecture and BA degrees from the University of Minnesota.
