Grand Opening – Mat-Su Regional Medical Plaza II

MatSu Grand Opening

Mat-Su Regional Medical Center leadership, physicians, staff and community members celebrated the opening of their new Medical Plaza II on August 28th with a ribbon cutting ceremony and building tours. The new 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility houses expanded services from independent physician groups and ancillary hospital services. Directly connected to the existing medical building, practitioners and patients benefit from an on-campus presence for streamlined office consultations and collaboration between inpatient and outpatient medical teams.
The project was developed by MedCraft, managed and financed by Welltower, designed by Boulder Architects and constructed by Howdie Inc.

Bardstown Medical Plaza Grand Opening

Hardin Memorial Health, Bardstown and Nelson County officials, and MedCraft celebrated the opening of the new Bardstown Medical Plaza with a ribbon cutting on August 16th. The 70,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is the new home for HMH’s Bardstown Family Medical Center. Providing a strong continuum of care along with convenience, Bardstown Medical Plaza also provides a single location for HMH services including lab, therapy services, an onsite radiologist and diagnostics including 3D mammography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Additional medical specialists include cardiology, foot and ankle care, sports medicine, orthopedics, physical therapy, pulmonology and critical care, urology, general and vascular surgery as well as ear, nose and throat.

MedCraft partnered with Hardin Memorial Health, Stengel Hill Architecture, and Robins & Morton Construction in the development of the new facility.

Genesis HealthPlex, Davenport

We are pleased to announce the Genesis HealthPlex grand opening in Davenport, Iowa. MedCraft alongside Genesis Health System celebrated the opening of the new facility with a ribbon cutting on August 22nd. Marking a first for Genesis Health System, family practice and pediatrics will coexist in the same building. The 54-room family practice section will have seven physicians and two nurse practitioners; the 17-room pediatric wing will have four physicians and one nurse practitioner. The new HealthPlex will also house Genesis Convenient Care, physical therapy, two labs, radiology and a designated area for visiting specialists, including behavioral therapists and sports medicine physicians.
